Whether it's a fresh color, a new cut, or simply providing a relaxing escape in the salon, she loves helping her clients look and feel their best.
A Grove City native, Allison now lives in the downtown area with her husband, Taylor, and their three children—Parker, Sutton, and Millie. Outside the salon, she's often baking something sweet, enjoying a good Netflix binge, or spending quality time with friends and family.

Hilary Hatem is a seasoned hairstylist who began her career after graduating from Paul Mitchell The School Chicago in 2012. She spent seven years honing her craft at one of Ohio’s premier salon and spas before launching her own venture. With a deep passion for helping her guests feel confident and beautiful, Hilary approaches every appointment with creativity, care, and professionalism. Committed to staying at the forefront of her industry, Hilary actively pursues continuing education and advanced training. She specializes in a wide range of services including precision cutting, custom color, hair extensions, and wedding or special occasion styling. Her dedication to personalized service and trend-forward techniques ensures each client leaves her chair feeling their best.
Hilary lives in Grove City with her husband, Calvin, and their three children. When she's not behind the chair, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, visiting the zoo, and exploring the local community.
Sarah Hall

Sarah Hall has been a passionate professional in the beauty industry since 2013. Known for her ability to completely transform her guests’ hair with a fresh color or cut, Sarah combines technical skill with a warm, personal touch. She’s committed not only to creating beautiful styles in the salon, but also to empowering her clients with the knowledge to recreate their look at home—helping them feel confident every day.
Sarah believes that great hair goes beyond the surface. Her goal is for each guest to leave feeling good both inside and out. She creates a relaxed, welcoming environment where conversation flows easily—because let’s face it, everyone tells their stylist everything! With an eye for creativity and a passion for continued education, Sarah stays current on trends and techniques to give her clients the best possible experience.

When she’s not in the salon, Alicia enjoys winding down with her pup, watching Hallmark movies, and cherishing time with her three daughters—her greatest inspiration and motivation.

Audrey Reynolds is a seasoned cosmetologist with over 25 years of experience in the hair industry. Specializing in both color and haircutting, Audrey has built her career working and training in top salons across the country—from Ohio to Texas to Wisconsin—before settling in Grove City, Ohio in 2013.
Audrey is passionate about continued education and staying on top of the latest industry trends. She believes that great hair starts with a great consultation, taking the time to assess each client’s hair texture, density, skin tone, face shape, and lifestyle to craft a look that’s as practical as it is beautiful. Her thoughtful approach ensures every guest leaves the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and truly seen.
